At Ckho CeramiQue, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and in excellent condition. Below is our shipping policy for all orders:

Shipping Areas

We ship to all major cities and towns in South Africa, as well as to neighboring countries. However, please note that we may not be able to ship to remote or rural areas due to limited infrastructure and logistical challenges.

Shipping Methods

We are not responsible for any shipping for orders from outside of South Africa We may suggest a combination of courier services (e.g. Bex Express, Siyabonga Freights) to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. We strive to provide the most competitive shipping rates possible while ensuring that your items are packaged and shipped safely.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. For local courier services, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within major cities and 5-14 business days to surrounding areas. 

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or any other effective platform. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment and plan accordingly.

Delivery Confirmation

We require a signature upon delivery for all orders. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier service will take the parcel back to their nearest storage and you might be responsible to collect on your own.

Damage or Loss in Transit

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or loss claim form from the courier service. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

International Shipping

We ship internationally, but please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. You are responsible for paying these charges upon delivery.

 

Special Requests

If you have placed an order and have a special request regarding shipping (e.g. Courier guy, RAM), please communicate it with us when placing your order so that we can accommodate your needs.
